**bookable for existing clients that Sara has discussed that 30-minutes is ok** This is a fully tailored session addressing your areas of pain and dysfunction that will include the gamut of physical therapy techniques that Releaseology offers: Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT), Dry Needling, Stretch Therapy, Myofascial Release, Mobilizations, Massage, Vagus Nerve Manual Therapy and more. Your session will consist MOSTLY of Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT) and Art of Bodywork. Please contact Sara if you prefer otherwise. Head to www.releaseology.com for more detailed info on each technique. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please give 24 hours advanced notice. Failure to do so, will result in the $50 deposit fee no longer applicable on a session. No booking deposit is taken for free virtual consults. Please note that if you arrive late for your appointment, you forfeit those minutes of service time and will still be charged for the full-service price, despite a shorter session. If you are late for your appointment and Sara is able to accommodate and see you over your scheduled appointment time is purely based on availability.
