I will stretch you in the areas you feel are the tightest or if you want me to decide where to stretch during our time. The benefits of having a physical therapist stretch you is that it will combine several techniques: stretch, joint mobilizations and distractions (get more fluid into your joints), contract-relax, PNF, cross-friction, trigger point release, massage and more! Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please give 24 hours advanced notice. Failure to do so, will result in the $50 deposit fee no longer applicable on a session. No booking deposit is taken for free virtual consults. Please note that if you arrive late for your appointment, you forfeit those minutes of service time and will still be charged for the full-service price, despite a shorter session. If you are late for your appointment and Sara is able to accommodate and see you over your scheduled appointment time is purely based on availability.
