Service Description

This is a MORE in-depth session than "Vagus Nerve Harmony Massage" I use exercises, manual therapy (massage & mobilizations), cranial sacral work, increase the room in the roof of your mouth, visceral massage and more to help decrease your chronic state of fight or flight and all symptoms that the vagus nerve controls. This is beneficial for EVERYONE but even moreso if you have anxiety, chronic stress, stuck in fight, flight or freeze, autoimmune disorders, cancer, gut issues, breathing difficulties, heart or lung disorders and/or inflammation. Booking this option will feel like a head and neck massage to you, but will require you to sometimes move other parts of your body as I work on releasing and providing space for the vagus nerve. As well as work to provide more mobility at your cranial bones (skull bones) and roof of your mouth to improve your symptoms. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please give 24 hours advanced notice. Failure to do so, will result in the $50 deposit fee no longer applicable on a session Please note that if you arrive late for your appointment, you forfeit those minutes of service time and will still be charged for the full-service price, despite a shorter session. If you are late for your appointment and Sara is able to accommodate and see you over your scheduled appointment time is purely based on availability.
