Are you looking to decrease anxiety, chronic stress, chronic fight or flight, autoimmune disorders, gut issues, breathing difficulties, heart and lung dysfunction?! I use exercises, manual therapy (massage), some cranial sacral work, some visceral massage and more to help decrease your chronic state of fight or flight and all symptoms that the vagus nerve controls. This is beneficial for EVERYONE but even moreso if you have anxiety, chronic stress, stuck in fight, flight or freeze, autoimmune disorders, cancer, gut issues, breathing difficulties, heart or lung disorders and/or inflammation. Booking this option will feel like a head and neck massage to you, but will require you to sometimes move other parts of your body as I work on releasing and providing space for the vagus nerve. Although, this will be fully tailored to what I am feeling and what you fill out in the intake form, I do have the option to go even further in depth with my "Assess your Vagus Nerve Harmony" option The assessment option is the longer and more in-depth session mainly with extensive cranial work, roof of the mouth mobilizations, visceral and diaphragmatic releases; but all depends on my evaluation. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please give 24 hours advanced notice. Failure to do so, will result in the $50 deposit fee no longer applicable on a session. No booking deposit is taken for free virtual consults. Please note that if you arrive late for your appointment, you forfeit those minutes of service time and will still be charged for the full-service price, despite a shorter session. If you are late for your appointment and Sara is able to accommodate and see you over your scheduled appointment time is purely based on availability.
