NOTE: this is truly through video conference, but my software requires me to choose a location. But, this is offered virtually. I will guide you through exercises and teach you self-massage as well as other techniques to help decrease your chronic state of fight or flight and all symptoms that the vagus nerve controls. This is beneficial for EVERYONE but even moreso if you have anxiety, chronic stress, stuck in fight, flight or freeze, autoimmune disorders, cancer, gut issues, breathing difficulties, heart or lung disorders and/or inflammation. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please give 24 hours advanced notice. Failure to do so, will result in the $50 deposit fee no longer applicable on a session. No booking deposit is taken for free virtual consults. Please note that if you arrive late for your appointment, you forfeit those minutes of service time and will still be charged for the full-service price, despite a shorter session. If you are late for your appointment and Sara is able to accommodate and see you over your scheduled appointment time is purely based on availability.
