Service Description
*Note that your consult is limited to 15 minutes. So, please make sure to detail your question(s) in order for us to make the most of our 15 minute chat! Also, this IS OVER THE PHONE or VIDEO CHAT but my software makes me choose a location I am also available via e-mail: sara@releaseology.com or text if that is easier (480) 712-0699. However, if you would like to chat over the phone or even via video chat, please book here! I will default to calling you, as that is easiest, but please let me know if video chat is preferred Unfortunately, I need to start taking deposits for this service, as I've had too many people cancel last-minute or no show, which affects my schedule and patient care. The deposit you pay today WILL be applied to your first appointment, so the consult is still technically free.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please give 24 hours advanced notice. Failure to do so, will result in the $50 deposit fee no longer applicable on a session. No booking deposit is taken for free virtual consults. Please note that if you arrive late for your appointment, you forfeit those minutes of service time and will still be charged for the full-service price, despite a shorter session. If you are late for your appointment and Sara is able to accommodate and see you over your scheduled appointment time is purely based on availability.
