Magnesium Recommendations
I have suffered from Charlie horses most of my life and this magnesium gel was recommended by my naturopath to help alleviate them and I am shocked at how well it works to decrease any tight muscle. Magnesium gel or lotion would work, but I have heard that the gel leaves less of a residue. Properly supplementing with magnesium drops also helps to relieve my tight muscles. Consult your healthcare practitioner before adding magnesium to your diet.
